Description

National Spa Leader, you will be the driving force behind leading and developing a high-performing team across your area. You will take ownership of your own KPIs while ensuring your team meets and exceeds their targets. Your role is pivotal in supporting and securing luxury spa partnerships and driving new business opportunities to expand our spa footprint.

You will act as the trusted go-to person for the area team, providing daily support, coaching, and guidance both in the office and out in the field. Being hands-on and visible, you will work closely with your team on the road, helping to inspire, motivate, and deliver exceptional results.

What Will You Do?
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across all spa locations within the assigned area.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set clear goals, KPIs, and expectations for team performance.
  • Support to Senior Head of Spa & Salon Sales: Act as a key support to the Senior Head of Spa and Salon Sales, contributing to the achievement of defined KPIs and strategic business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure sales goals are met and individual development needs are addressed. conduct regular 1:1s, field visits
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adjusting strategies accordingly. representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights to senior head of spa and salon.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget for the area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Market Share: Negotiate commercial conditions and terms with Spa partners, to ensure we remain competitive, successful and profitability within each business in-line with company policies.

The Perfect Candidate
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in sales within the spa, skincare, wellness, or a closely related industry (e.g., luxury beauty, professional cosmetics, or personal care).
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams across a defined territory
  • Strong knowledge of professional skincare products, spa operations, and luxury service environments
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Highly proficient in sales reporting tools, CRM systems and Excel
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region, including overnight stays where required
