National Account Manager (AMAZON)

L'Oréal UKI is seeking a dynamic, results-driven NAM to drive our Amazon business forward. Amazon is a strategic customer with double-digit growth and significant future potential.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to maximize this opportunity.

You Will:
  • Lead a High-Growth, High-Visibility Business: Work with multifunctional teams to drive sales, increase market share, grow turnover, and manage profitability within the Amazon business.
  • Shape the Amazon Flywheel: Leverage Amazon's ecosystem by managing commercial spend, optimizing stock, and activating marketing levers to drive traffic, conversion, and brand presence.
  • Stakeholder Influencer: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for your category and aligning strategies to achieve goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams: Collaborate on forecasting, strategy, and execution to meet retailer priorities and shopper needs.
  • Manage P&L and budgets: Oversee financial performance, drive profitability, and contribute to strategic planning.
