A leading recruitment consultancy in the UK seeks a commercially minded National Account Manager to drive sales growth within the Personal Care and Health & Beauty sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and established relationships with UK retailers. This role requires strategic planning and market analysis capabilities to identify growth opportunities. A full driving license and own transport are necessary for this position.
Edwards & Pearce are pleased to be working with a market leader in the FMCG sector, due to on-going successes they are looking for a commercially minded National Account Manager.
The National Account Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive sustainable sales growth in current and new UK retailers in the Personal Care and Health & Beauty categories. You are a commercially astute, tenacious individual with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in FMCG (preferably in the Personal Care and Health & Beauty categories) as well as experience in securing new business. You are able to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and have an established network of contacts within UK major retail, allowing you to implement your growth strategy with speed. You have experience analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue opportunities for growth. You are able to prepare and present business plans to customers and sales forecasts and performance metrics to management.
