  • Lead and mentor Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Regional Account Managers (RAMs).
  • Deliver tailored account strategies for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor account performance and implement retention solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations for client success.
  • Report on account performance metrics and financials.

National Account Manager - GardX Group
Location: Field-Based - Midlans/Northern Region
Salary: Up to £48,000 PA Basic + £18,000 Bonus Uncapped + Company car or Car Allowance

We are now looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and drive the growth and success of our key client accounts.

Your Role:

As a National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of our most strategically important accounts, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a senior, field-based role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on client engagement and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop 1 Platinum or 2 Gold accounts, responsible for ~67% of gross margin.
  • Act as the primary point of ownership for client relationships, revenue, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Immerse yourself in client businesses, spending 1-2 days per week on-site as required.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide KAMs and RAMs, ensuring consistent performance and development.
  • Deliver tailored account strategies, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Monitor account risks, retention challenges, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure client success.
  • Track and report on account performance, financials, and KPIs.
