Overview

Lovely family in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for three school-aged children. A driver with their own car and a valid first aid qualification are essential.

Working pattern

Hours: 7:00 am to 8:30 am, 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday). No hours during school holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare healthy meals and snacks
• Wash and dress the children
• Assist with homework
• Supervise and participate in after-school activities with the children
• Plan recreational activities to support the children’s physical and mental development
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment for the children
• Organise arts and crafts sessions
• Take the children to parks and playgrounds
• Support bedtime routines and read stories to the children
