Music Tutors (Piano & Lower Strings) — Kingston Music Service
We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic tutors to join the Kingston Music Service Freelance Music Tutor Panel. We are particularly interested in applicants who can teach lower strings at our music centres, and piano tutors available to teach on Saturdays.
Kingston Music Service (KMS) is seeking talented and enthusiastic Freelance Music Practitioners to join their team as soon as possible. We are particularly keen to hear from tutors specializing in lower strings, to teach at our music centres, and piano tutors for Saturday sessions. Opportunities also exist for teaching in schools and other KMS Music Centres, catering to individuals, small groups, and potentially larger ensembles.
We are looking for gifted and committed musicians who possess a passion for music education and the ability to inspire a love of music in all students. Successful candidates will achieve this by utilizing varied repertoire and pedagogy.
In return, KMS provides a supportive environment with continuous professional development, including INSET throughout the year, opportunities for shadowing, training, and a range of growth opportunities to expand teaching experience.
Kingston Music Service (KMS) offers a range of music activities for young people and adult learners at home, in school and at four music centres across the borough. KMS is a Local Authority service which is a member of South West London Music Ltd, the Hub Lead Organisation of the South West London Music Education Hub.
