A leading healthcare provider in Greater London seeks an experienced clinician for a specialized MSK ultrasound role. The successful candidate will deliver ultrasound examinations, oversee training, and contribute to service development across the organization. Applicants should possess significant experience in MSK ultrasound, including guiding injections and be able to demonstrate advanced clinical capabilities. The position offers opportunities for professional development and plays a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to manage patient referrals along the MSK pathway, overseeing and performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and interventional procedures within this sub speciality. The latter of which will include joint injections, aspirations and other soft tissue interventions. Youmust also be able to evidence the four pillars of advanced practice (clinical, education, leadership and research) and demonstrate core capabilities and specialty specific clinical competence in MSK ultrasound.
The role is job planned to support clinical effectiveness with 80% Direct Clinical Contact time and 20% Supporting Professional Activities.
