Multiskilled Operator
£12.60per hour - £26,208 annual salary
Stockport Based - 100% onsite working
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (Paid lunch break; flexibility during busy periods)

We’re recruiting for a Multiskilled Operator to join a busy food production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with full training provided and clear progression opportunities.

What you’ll do:
  • Operate and set up production machinery
  • Accurately blend raw materials following batch specifications
  • Operate automated packing lines (VFFS machines)
  • Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running smoothly
  • Assist with bakery and other production tasks when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Complete daily and weekly clean-downs
What we’re looking for:
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in a physical role
  • Detail-focused and committed to quality
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Willing to learn how to operate manufacturing machinery
  • Any experience in food manufacturing, such as blending and measuring ingredients, would be advantageous
