About the Role

As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be performing fault diagnosis and resolving failures on production machinery such as automation, electrical and mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Escalate maintenance issues where necessary.
• Detailed reporting and recording of maintenance work via SAP (CMMS).
• Drive maintenance continuous improvement via preventative maintenance activities, equipment checks, repairs etc.
• Complete risk assessment / permit to work and method statements for the safe execution of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience of working with automation PLCs, fault finding and diagnostics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis and Preventative/Planned Maintenance Optimization is advantageous.
