Are you a proactive, hands-on engineer with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement?

We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing site in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that values innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across a busy production site, covering packaging lines, refrigeration systems, site facilities, and utilities. Working closely with production teams, you’ll ensure all machinery and systems operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production and site equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system faults.

  • Conduct regular compliance, wastewater, and cooling tower checks.
