• Carry out a variety of planned works and disrepair tasks in both occupied and empty properties.
• Focus on delivering high-quality finishes in kitchens, bathrooms, and general maintenance.
• Work safely and professionally, ensuring tenant satisfaction at every step.
• You\'ll be supported by an experienced supervisor who will help you succeed.

• £21.40 per hour (CIS) - paid weekly
• 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
