Overview

Multi-Trade Operative (Carpenter) - Property Maintenance Jobs in Horndean / Petersfield

Location: Horndean, Petersfield & Surrounding Areas (e.g. Southampton)

Hours: Full-Time - 40 per week (Mon-Fri)

Pay: £23.50 Umbrella PAYE OR £20.15 PAYE (£17.99 base + holiday pay)

This role is temp to perm!!

Company Van + Tools Provided

Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs and installations in customers' homes
• Multi-trade repairs (plumbing, plastering, fencing, masonry, groundworks)
• Complete jobs efficiently to a high standard and 'right first time'
• Record work using a smartphone/tablet system
• Maintain van stock, tools, and company vehicle
• Take part in out-of-hours emergency rota (as required)

What You'll Need

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or time-served equivalent)
• Multi-skilled across other trades
• Previous experience in property repairs / social housing / maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently
