Overview

Multi Trade Operative Required - Exeter

Experienced Multi Trade Operative required in Exeter to work on social housing properties doing all aspects of maintenance work. Work patch will be Exeter and surrounding area.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of GBP34-36,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 21 days holiday bank holidays. (salary dependent on qualifications and could increase after probation)

Day to Day Responsibilities

• All aspects of maintenance work in social housing properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, plumbing, decorating etc.
• Able to rip out and refit full kitchens and bathrooms
• Driving a company van safely
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Speaking to customers and making them feel at ease

Requirements

• Good multi trade experience
• Previous experience working within social housing
• NVQ or equivalent in a trade i.e. Carpentry or Plumbing
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
