Contract: Long-term temporary

Rate : £20 p / h CIS

We are looking for a multi-skilled worker to join a Social housing contractor in Manchester. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for experienced tradespeople who can deliver high-quality joinery, general maintenance, and refurbishment work across a variety of projects.

Job Description

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will play a key role in a wide range of works including:

  • 1st and 2nd fix joinery
  • Stud walling
  • Patch repairs
  • Installing kitchens and bathrooms
  • General maintenance and refurbishment tasks

You will be working across the Greater Manchester area.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in social housing or other customer-facing roles
  • NVQ or equivalent trade qualification
