As a Service Engineer you will engage in servicing Intruder Alarms Access Systems CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems for the Aspro brand. You will ensure that these systems meet industry standards and provide exceptional customer service supported by industry-leading technical knowledge. We are seeking proactive engineers who can identify and resolve potential issues before they escape. How You Will Do It
  • Deliver outstanding Customer Service that exceeds the expectations of both internal and external customers establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Service devices with care working safely and responsibly to prevent injuries, property damage and waste of materials.
  • Efficiently manage your time to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates and checklists as necessary.
