Job description

Salary: Circa £30,000 (inclusive of potential on call payment)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for carrying out the full range of PVCu maintenance duties on Coastline properties throughout Cornwall, ensuring that works are carried out in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of PVCu maintenance.
• Good standard of education.
• Current CSCS card or the ability to obtain one within the role.
• Experience working with customers, both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills and the ability to use a mobile device.
• Basic first aid qualification and relevant trade qualification are an advantage but not essential.
• Full driving licence.
• Subject to a basic DBS check.
