A UK Housing Provider is seeking a Multi-skilled Operative to support responsive repairs in the Maidstone area. The role requires delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, and decorating. Ideal candidates will have experience in occupied properties and a full UK driving licence. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, a company van, and opportunities for volunteering. This role serves a vital function in supporting community welfare while ensuring safety and functionality in residents' homes.
Annual salary: up to £37,187.50
Location: Kent
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We’re on the lookout for a talented and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, supporting a busy responsive repairs contract in Peterhead. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, ensuring residents’ homes are safe, functional, and well cared for.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
