Job description
The Role

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving production efficiency, quality, and innovation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective manufacturing processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across departments to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate and implement efficient, cost-effective production methods for sub-components and final assemblies.
  • Develop and manage nesting and Bill of Materials (BOM) strategies.
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and tooling
  • Manage project activities, including risk assessments, resource planning, and cost control
  • Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement root cause fixes.
  • Identify and deliver process improvement opportunities using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Introduce and maintain best practice standard work on the shop floor to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
About You
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Process Engineering (or relevant experience).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
