Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dudley is seeking a motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain the production facility. The role offers up to £38,000, with opportunities for additional hours. Responsibilities include both reactive and PPM maintenance, managing machine breakdowns, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications

• Previous Steel experience would be advantageous.
• Maintenance Experience is essential.
• Electrical Qualifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics is needed.
• PLC Experience is advantageous.
• Mechanical Experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing both Reactive & PPM maintenance.
• Managing Machine Breakdowns.
• Handling PLC F.F.
• Working with Sensors, Drives, Relays, Inverters.
• Maintaining Conveyors, Bearings, Belts, Chains.
• Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations on site.

We are looking for a motivated multi skilled maintenance engineer to join a market leading company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description
