The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of production equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing equipment
Diagnosing and resolving faults on PLC-controlled machinery
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Working closely with the production team to minimise downtime and optimise performance
Participating in shift rotations (Monday to Friday - days and evenings)
The Person:
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who can bring a strong blend of technical expertise and problem-solving ability. The ideal candidate will have:
A third-level qualification in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing setting
Strong knowledge of PLC systems, with demonstrable experience in fault-finding
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
