A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner in Barnsley for a long-term social housing project. Responsibilities include working on tenanted and void properties, fitting new kitchens, plaster-patching, tiling, and painting. Candidates must have their own van and tools, along with previous experience in social housing. This position offers pay at £23 per hour and is available immediately, with hours Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Work on social housing properties, both tenanted and void.
• Remove kitchens and install new ones, including worktops and cupboards.
• Perform plaster-patching, tiling, and painting tasks.

Multi-Skilled Joiner required in Barnsley up until March 2026.

Start Date: Immediately

Pay: £23 per hour

Duration: Long term work

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Skilled Joiners to work on a long‑term social housing project in and around the Barnsley area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in tenanted and void social housing properties
• Ripping out kitchens
• Fitting new kitchens – worktops and cupboards
• Plaster‑patching
• Tiling – 3‑4 courses above the worktops
• Painting

Requirements:

• Previous Multi‑Skilled Joiner experience
• Social housing project experience
• Own Van and tools
• Two professional references
