Qualifications

  • BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Experience with pumps, piping, wiring layouts, transformers, and PLCs is essential.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.

Responsibilities

  • Work a 24-hour rotating shift pattern.
  • Maintain plant and service equipment for optimal performance.
  • Conduct repairs and implement plant modifications.
  • Perform PPM's, breakdown repairs, and new installations.
  • Lead improvement initiatives and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Be able to work a 24 Hour Rotating shift pattern.
  • Maintain plant and service equipment per maintenance schedules for optimal performance.
  • Conduct repairs and implement plant modifications.
  • Carry out PPM's, breakdown repairs, and new installations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements.
  • Document procedures and support business objectives through collaboration.
Your Profile
  • BTEC Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of electrical / mechanical engineering principles.
  • Experience with facilities equipment : pumps, piping, wiring layouts, transformers, PLCs.
  • Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair; knowledgeable in de-ionized systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; self-managed and reliable.
  • Creative thinker with passion for continuous improvement.
