A leading logistics provider is seeking a Field-Based Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to cover multiple sites. The role includes maintaining, fault-finding, and improving automated equipment, ensuring safety and operational performance. Candidates should have a Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship, multi-skilled capabilities, and experience in fast-paced environments. This position offers a competitive salary of £52,500 plus bonuses and a range of benefits, including a company van and enhanced pension scheme.
Salary : £52,500 + annual bonus (typically 10% of base salary)
Hours : Monday–Friday 37.5 hours a week (typically 8 : 00–16 : 00, with flexibility for occasional call‑outs)
Contract : Full-time, Permanent
Base Location : Thurrock (covering predominantly Dagenham, Sittingbourne, as well as supporting the Midlands to cover team holidays).
