Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner for a long-term contract on a social housing project in Leamington Spa. Responsibilities include carpentry tasks such as repairing doors and basic plumbing repairs. Candidates should possess NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications in Carpentry or relevant experience, a valid UK driving license, and must be able to pass a basic DBS check. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of £22 per hour, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Requirements

• NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent in Carpentry / OR Qualified by experience will be considered
• Own van
• Own cordless power tools
• Full UK driving license (Max 6 points) No driving bans in the past 5 years
• Must be able to pass basic DBS check
• Social Housing experience
• 20p per mile
