Platform Property Care need an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter based in Louth and the surrounding area to join our talented Repairs and Maintenance team and help us maintain and improve our homes, ensuring our customer's homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard.
You will be a Multi-Skilled Trades Carpenter, with a focus on carpentry. Experience in other trades is an advantage, as you will also be carrying out a variety of multi-trade repairs and maintenance.
The role is varied. No two days will be the same and you will meet a wide range of customers along the way. It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return, you'll have the support of a great team.
We want somebody who can: A team player, you'll be hardworking, eager to learn and bring a positive, can-do attitude. You'll be working in people's homes, so you'll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You'll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time. Experience of working as a Carpenter in the building trade either as a Carpenter or as a multi-skilled Carpenter.
There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota, which is required.
This role is based with our team in the Louth area, so you will need to live locally. As the role is mobile, a current, valid driving licence is essential. Unfortunately, we cannot progress applications from candidates without this.
