Job Overview

Join us as a Multi‑Site Sales Advisor covering primarily our stores in Newcastle, Sheffield, Manchester, and Northampton as well as pop‑up shops and trade shows. The role may cover other sites across England.

Base salary: £28,000. Uncapped discretionary bonus scheme from day one, up to £500 per month.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an unsurpassed in‑store experience for customers.
  • Sell high‑quality fitness equipment face‑to‑face, over the phone, and via Live Chat.
  • Achieve sales targets by analysing customer needs and making informed product recommendations.
  • Provide accurate product information, demonstrating products as necessary.
  • Work 40 hours per week, 5 days per week; rota and store locations advised monthly. May be required to work Bank Holidays and weekends.
  • Travel around the UK within a sales role (ideal).
Qualifications
  • Confident, proactive approach.
  • Some sales experience preferable.
  • Ability to upsell and cross‑sell, driving the sales process from initial welcome to product testing to purchase.
  • Motivation to hit targets month after month and earn generous bonuses.
  • Passion for customer experience.
  • Good numeracy and communication skills.
