Job description

As a technician within production, specifically the paint shop, reporting to the Team Leader/Group Leader at McLaren Automotive, you will take on a role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation within one of our paint Process areas, ensuring your paint process is delivered to a high standard. This may involve load, unload, inspection of the panels or paint application.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and inspect panels and participate in paint application within the paint shop.
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to and the paint process (PES) is followed to deliver a smooth finish to our supercars and meet the required standard.
• Escalate any concerns regarding the finish of the panels to your line manager in a timely manner.
• Contribute to achieving our ambitious goals as a company through reliable production performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, the paint process (PES) is followed to ensure a smooth finish to our supercars and the desired standard is achieved. Any concerns to the finish of the panels are quickly escalated to your line manager. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals as a company.
