Qualifications

• Previous experience of roadspace booking & the National Highways Network Event Management system (NEMS).
• Proven experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage motorway incident and abnormal load processes.
• Accurately log jobs for incident management.
• Compile and submit reports and KPIs.
