A leading automotive firm in Bracknell is seeking a Motorcycle & ATV Tactical Marketing Specialist. This role involves setting and implementing marketing campaigns to enhance sales growth for both motorcycles and ATVs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in managing substantial budgets. Flexibility in working hours and the opportunity to work from home two days a week may be available.
At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
You will be responsible for setting and implementing National Tactical Marketing campaigns for both Honda Motor Europe-UK Motorcycles (HME-UK MC) and Honda Motor Europe-UK ATV (HME-UK ATV). Honda are market leaders in both areas and this role is key to continue the growth on volume and market share.
Through in-depth understanding of market trends and consumer motivation, you will deliver plans and campaigns targeted to deliver incremental sales volume, counter volume risk, and manage stock exposure whilst maintaining and/or increasing gross profit margins.
This role will involve both long term planning and reactive problem solving, the candidate must be flexible and able to manage a broad range of expectations.
