A leading insurance provider in Leeds is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead a hybrid team focusing on motor claims. You will coach and inspire your team while ensuring performance and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in motor claims handling and a passion for developing others. Leeds - Hybrid (2 days a week in the office). Full Time, Permanent Position.
