• Proven experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer in an electro-mechanical environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles with demonstrable implementation results.
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing setting.
• Confident in using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, PFMEA, SPC and 8D.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and process documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supporting production cells with manufacturing process improvements.
• Creating and maintaining routings, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Leading Lean manufacturing initiatives including 5S and flow-line optimisation.
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams on NPI.
• Identifying CAPEX requirements and leading improvement projects.
