What you’ll be doing
  • Designing and producing high-quality motion graphics for use in digital campaigns, social media, video content, and presentations.
  • Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute animated content aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Translating complex ideas into visually engaging animations that support business objectives.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project briefs.
  • Staying current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of motion design output.
  • Ensuring all motion assets are optimized for various platforms and devices.
About you
  • Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to storyboard and visualize concepts effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in a motion design or animation role, preferably within a marketing or creative team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work.
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and contributing to brand development.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.
Interview process

The interview process for this role will include two stages with a task.

Working schedule

This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
