A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced MOT Tester to conduct inspections on commercial cars and vans in the Hull area. Essential qualifications include previous MOT testing experience and relevant certificates. The role requires following DVSA standards and health & safety procedures. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from £22 to £27.

MOT Tester

Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester to work for our client who are in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT inspections to DVSA standards on commercial cars and vans.
• Use MOT testing equipment correctly, such as brake testers, emissions analysers, beam setters, etc.
• Follow health & safety procedures and always company guidelines.
• Record test results accurately.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience being a MOT Tester is essential.
• Must be physically fit and able.
• Must be able to provide MOT Tester Qualification Certificate.
• Be able to show your Annual Assessment Certificate.

Hours

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 1pm

Pay

You will earn an hourly rate between £22 - £27 per hour.
