The Role

As a Mortgage & Protection Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping clients make informed decisions, providing expert advice tailored to their needs while operating within the regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Delivering proactive, ongoing mortgage and protection advice to clients introduced by Mundys Estate Agents
• Working closely with professional support staff to ensure a smooth, efficient client journey
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with existing clients to meet their full financial needs
• Maintaining professional competence through continuous training, qualifications, and legislative updates

What We're Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience within a mortgage advice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of current legislation
• Confident use of mortgage and protection sourcing/research software
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• A track record of delivering exceptional customer service
