Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a lending environment.
  • Experience in structuring lending proposals desirable.
  • Typically have experience in a customer service environment.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Generate quality mortgage loan applications through our network of brokers.
  • Support the Business Development Managers with broker onboarding.
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers on appointments and leads.
  • Take inbound calls on new loan scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain close contact with brokers and clients.
  • Discuss and follow up on issued DIPs with broker/client.
  • Update company database and systems.
  • Assist brokers with questions borrowers may have.
  • Follow up and track initial loan enquiries.
  • Achieve monthly individual and company completion targets.
  • Ensure best in class service to brokers and clients.
  • Work closely with underwriting to maintain quality loan portfolio.
  • Discuss and process loans directly with borrowers if required.
