Responsibilities

• Manage property finance applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Assess the financial position and credibility of clients seeking investment property finance.
• Maintain and develop strong client, bank, and stakeholder relationships.
• Review and update loan files and credit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with every client and transaction.
• Compile and analyse applicants' credit histories and financial statements.
• Provide ongoing client management and support.

Package and Benefits

• Annual salary of £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience.
• Generous bonus/commission structure, with potential earnings of an additional £2,500+ per month on your best months.
