Are you a Mortgage Advisor who has dealt with Adverse Credit and/or Self-Employed Clients and looking for a Fresh Challenge?

As part of our clients exciting growth plans for 2026 a unique job opportunity has been created at for a Specialist Mortgage Broker.

This position provides a great chance to work at an established and market leading specialist mortgage broker going from strength to strength.

• Adverse Market
• Mortgages refused

Based at the company s office you will be dealing with clients nationally over the telephone but don t confuse them with a call centre.

Our Ideal Candidate Needs:

Full mortgage qualifications CeMAP / MAQ needs to be held for 12 months minimum.

At least 1 years experience of working with a proven track record with adverse experience this is a must

Strong organisational skills to deal with the volume of business we anticipate writing as part of our growth plans

Starting salary £40K-50k Salary for the right applicant

Bonus Scheme as follows

• Need to write £30k minimum in mortgage fees per month for bonus to kick in
• Average case size is £3k per month minimum £249 application fee £1995 broker fee plus proc
• Need 10 cases
• Advisors currently achieving this in the office
• Pay 10 % - £4k
• SO effectively for doing minimum £48k on top

Protection

Also pay % on life

Average case is £1k per month

Need to write 60% of all cases written cases

6 cases x £1k x 20% = £1200 per month in life x 12 = £14400
