They firmly believe that a human adviser needs to be at the heart of every client relationship, however by leveraging technology they can empower advisers to deliver higher levels of service and cut out a lot of the day to day admin that gets in the way.

At their core, they are here to build a game changer in the advice industry that delivers better customer outcomes, at a lower cost, for more people. Through customer‑centric advisers supported by innovative technology, they empower customers to go beyond just making smarter financial decisions to living the lives they dream of.

About the role:

They have a unique opportunity for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join their growing team.

If you’re looking to accelerate your career in a forward‑thinking, client‑centric environment, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll bring your expertise to a collaborative team that values quality advice, innovation, and outstanding client service.

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of whole‑of‑market mortgage advice experience who thrives on solving complex cases and delivering exceptional outcomes. Experience in protection advice is advantageous but not essential.

This role will suit a confident self‑starter who enjoys new challenges, adapts quickly, and wants to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the mortgage business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Advice: Provide high‑quality, compliant, whole‑of‑market mortgage & protection advice to clients across a wide range of needs.
  • Client Focus: Conduct virtual client meetings to understand individual goals and recommend tailored mortgage solutions, whilst delivering an exceptional end‑to‑end client experience and maintaining trusted relationships
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Mortgage Support Team to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
  • Business Development: Maintain and develop strong relationships with key referrers, ensuring regular updates and excellent communication, as well as identifying new opportunities to grow referral networks and contribute to the wider business strategy.
  • Business Growth: Play an active role in shaping the direction and success of the mortgage & protection business as they continue to scale.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant qualification to be able to give mortgage advice in the UK (e.g. CeMAP / Certificate in Mortgage Advice).
  • Extensive experience in mortgage broking and operations, with a proven track record of delivering great customer outcomes in a high volume mortgages business.
  • In‑depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Experience presenting webinars and building relationships for business development.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A results‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence.
Benefits
  • Join a firm with genuine purpose and impact on customers, along with a strong moral code.
  • Competitive salary + benefits (bonus, pension, private medical, income protection, death in service).
  • Potential to get equity in the company in the future.
  • Budget for additional learning / cost of exams.
  • Electric vehicle leasing through salary sacrifice / cycle to work scheme.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid remote working (typically 2-3 days a week working in the office).
