Job Description

• Prepare and finalise month-end financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Reconcile balance sheets and maintain detailed records for audit purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support organisational planning.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary financial information.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the wider Accounting & Finance team during audits and year-end processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

A successful Month End Accountant should have:
