The role offers a basic salary of £38,625 per annum, potentially rising to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime, and an OTE of £50,000. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair on spot.

Overview

Mobile Vehicle Technician – Sunderland. Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £50,000 and overtime 1.5x (option to increase base salary to £44,385 per annum with guaranteed overtime). Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair on the spot where possible or return the vehicle to the workshop as needed
• Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance including electrical work and diagnostics
• Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the business

Requirements

• Level 3-qualified Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Technician (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent); Level 2 qualification considered with demonstrable experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a vehicle workshop or mobile role
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points/bans
• Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
