Responsibilities

• Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have.


• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.


• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle Diagnostics.


• Exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, ideally looking for level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.


• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
