Job description

Job Title: Mobile Vehicle Technician

Location: Hounslow & Surrounding Areas

Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 – OTE £48,000 – £50,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Purpose

Provide top‑notch customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance and repairs. Deliver excellent technical advice, service and maintenance on all brand vehicles. Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer and suppliers. Commit to continuous learning and development. Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expert technical advice and support.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnoses, maintenance and repair work on all brand vehicles.
• Follow and uphold protocols, legislation and company policies.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
• Manage resources efficiently to deliver services effectively.

Requirements

• Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration and paperwork.
• Capability to coach and develop colleagues and junior team members.
• Hold a valid full driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
• Provide evidence of the right to work in the UK.
