Qualifications

  • Driving licence necessary; HGV Class 2 is advantageous.
  • Experience in agriculture or grain handling preferred, training provided.
  • Strong communication to build relationships internally and externally.
  • Organisational skills for planning and prioritising workload.

Responsibilities

  • Run the mobile seed plant to clean and treat products.
  • Service the mobile seed plant to required standards.
  • Supervise support staff on customer premises.
  • Assist Site Manager as workload requires.
  • Organise loading of chemicals and bags based on orders.
  • Self-manage workload, sometimes unsupervised.
