Job summary

A leading electrical services provider is seeking an experienced Electrician to handle electrical maintenance and repairs across retail locations. The role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per year and requires strong fault-finding abilities, proficiency in electrical standards, and a full UK driving licence. Successful candidates must have relevant qualifications and experience in commercial electrical work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• A full UK driving license (maximum of 6 penalty points).

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs at retail locations.
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions.
• Conduct emergency lighting tests and fuse board inspections.
• Repair sockets, switches, and other electrical components.
• Carry out PAT testing and rewiring tasks.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Location: Swindon and surrounding areas. Employment: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday). Salary: £42,000 per year.
