Overview

We are currently seeking a Mobile Plant Operator to join our team at Temple Quarry.

As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will be primarily responsible for the safe loading of lorries and stockpile.

What we need from you…

• To comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and policies
• To operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• To perform or assist with preventative maintenance and pre-shift inspections, repair and/ or clean equipment as required
• Load lorries and ensure stockpiles are at the correct levels
• To support the housekeeping of plant, equipment, and site
• To comprehend and complete paperwork associated with this role in a timely and accurate manner
• To undertake any other duties within the quarry reasonably requested in support of site operations

What we need from you…

Essential Criteria

• Previous knowledge and experience of working with plant and equipment in a construction environment.
• Ability to operate mobile plant
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs – to include early, late and weekend shifts
• Ability to multi-task

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge and / or experience of operating within a quarry environment.
• Mechanical, hands-on background
