Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems (AHU, intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answer queries, report defects, and keep them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.

Requirements

• Valid full driving licence and IT literacy.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces; willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota.
• Good verbal and written communication and the ability to use a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications required e.g. C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
