Overview

Location: Halewood
Position Type: Contract Inside IR35
Salary: £26.86 per hour umbrella inside IR35

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Mobile Measurement Technician to join their team on a long term rolling contract. 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create and run detailed measurement programs.
• Produce measurement data in requested formats (e.g., pdf, excel, stl).
• Investigate part measurement issues.
• Assist in machine verification and preventative maintenance.
• Follow measurement instructions to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner to the expected high standards.

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Strong mobile inspection skills.
• Strong understanding of measurement principles.
• Ability to provide inspection reports to a professionally high standard.
• Ability to work with BIW & T&F parts and assemblies.
• Thorough knowledge of GOM & Polyworks Software or similar.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Willingness/ability to work and travel across a wide range of client sites/locations as required (essential).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient IT/computer skills.
• Full driving license.
