Qualifications

• Competent to assess repairs with minimal guidance.
• Experience in basic building maintenance and repairs such as painting, decorating, and tiling.
• Experience with timber and UPVC door and window installation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive calls and carry out first fix.
• Perform planned building maintenance tasks and keep accurate records.
• Ensure the site is maintained to a high decorative standard.

Skills

MEWP and PASMA qualified

City & Guilds or other accredited qualification

Basic plumbing knowledge
