Overview

Mobile Maintenance Engineer 35-38K – London. My client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding company. The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms. They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.

Responsibilities

• Retail PPM Maintenance
• basic plumbing
• re-lamping
• basic electrics
• Water Drains Maintenance
• carpentry
• Emergency Light Testing
• Fire Alarm Testing
• Small Installations
• painting & decorating

Requirements

• Live within the London / M25 orbital region and happy travelling with occasional working away from home.
• Full clean driving licence
• Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.
