A leading Facilities Management company in Southampton is seeking a proactive Mobile Maintenance Technician. This role involves delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across two sites, offering variety and independence. Candidates should have experience in facilities management, ideally with relevant certifications. Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
  • Certification in Legionella Awareness and/or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality maintenance support.
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across sites.
  • Work independently while receiving support from the FM organization.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance support, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across two nearby sites. This is a mobile role offering variety, independence and the support of a leading FM organisation.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience within Facilities Management or building maintenance
  • Ideally Legionella Awareness certification and/or City & Guilds Plumbing qualifications
  • A proactive, reliable and professional approach
